Deadlines and Delivery Policy

POSTAGE/SHIPMENT DEADLINE

The order will be posted within 5 business days after payment is approved, except for products that contain special deadline specifications on their pages.

DEADLINE
We work with a delivery time that varies between 10 to 30 business days after the date of posting. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days.

Our reports show that 90% of customers receive their products within 25 business days after posting. This estimate is for capitals and metropolitan regions.

*Product is shipped directly to you from our international suppliers located in the US, Europe and Asia and is estimated to be delivered within 10-30 business days after shipment. We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to be able to follow the entire progress of the delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS
After payment has been approved, we begin the process of posting your product. It usually takes 48 hours to authorize purchases made with a credit card and 72 hours for purchases made with Boleto. The shipping process will only start after payment confirmation.

In areas with delivery restrictions, the products were available for pick up at post offices.

If your order is for 2 or more products, they will be shipped in separate packages and individual tracking codes will be issued.

All products are shipped with an International Tracking Code. This code will be sent to your email automatically and will be available for consultation on the post office website between 5 to 10 business days after the order is processed, the post office website waits for the goods to enter the country to track it.

With the tracking code sent to you by email, on our website in the Track your order field and on the Correios website, you can follow all the details of where your order is, delivery attempt and post office that the product was forwarded, if any.

2. ABOUT DELIVERY
Make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the product. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If the three are unsuccessful, the package will be taken to the nearest post office and in this case it will be necessary for you to pick up the product at the agency within 7 calendar days. After the period of 7 days, storage fees will be charged by mail according to the weight and volume of the product and in this case we are not responsible.

The product is shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please be careful when completing your registration at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for any delivery problems due to incorrect filling of the address provided by you, if the address is filled in incorrectly, according to the Post Office rules, the product will be returned to the supplier and a new attempt will not be made. In this case we do not cover free shipping. The reshipment, for you, will be made with payment of the freight. If you cancel the purchase, 40% of the total amount will be charged for operating expenses.

In case of delay in delivery due to holidays, postal strike and other eventualities, the days of delay will not be the responsibility of our store, as it is something that is beyond our control.
